The Regular Platform forms the foundation of Brånemark System. These fixtures, abutments and other components give you great flexibility, enabling you to solve most clinical situations. You can restore function and esthetics whether your patients need a whole new set of teeth, just a few or only one.

The Regular Platform includes our self-tapping Mk II fixtures (Ø 3.75 and Ø 4 mm), as well as our complete range of abutments and prosthetic components. We recommend that you start with the Regular Platform when you evaluate options for a new patient.
